We are looking to add a dynamic and hardworking Children's Residential Support Worker to join our fantastic caring and reliable small friendly team for our residential home for young people aged 7+ with learning disabilities and Autism.

Our passion for providing our young people with a home they can relax and enjoy is what keeps us motivated daily, the role is demanding but very rewarding and give you the opportunity to change their quality of life for the better and help provide a smooth path to adulthood and beyond.

Duties will include cooking, cleaning and encouraging positive behaviours, ideally you will have some experience in a similar setting but we are also happy to hear from applicants with a strong desire to make a difference and willing to undertake any training necessary to get you up to speed. A full UK driving licence would also be an advantage.

As this role is 24 hour care, shifts will be a combined early, late and sleep and you will expected to complete up to 10 full shifts per month and will include some weekends and bank holidays.

Salary for the role will up to £30,995 and we offer a free meals on shift, access to our therapeutic services and voucher scheme.
