As an established organisation we specialise in providing the best residential care for children and young people aged 5-18 with complex needs and challenging behaviours.We are looking for passionate and caring individual to share our vision of providing our young people with a stable and happy home.

We have created a safe environment that is homely and nurturing, enabling for positive relationships to be formed and for the children and young people to make progress in all areas of their development. Our home based in Staffordshire can accommodate up to 2 young people and provide them 24 hour care.

We are committed to providing them with a childhood that they deserve, one filled with fun, laughter, friendship, and discovery. And this shared ambition enables them to transform the lives of children and young people, leading to life changing outcomes and prepare them for adulthood.

Your role will be vital as you will provide them with life skills and encourage positive behaviours at all times and also be an emotional support for them when required.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar setting and experience working with challenging behaviours, this role requires resilience and a calm nature.

Shifts are usually 2 on 4 off (24 hours per shift), and you will be expected to complete up to 10 full shifts per month, this will give you plenty of rest days and the perfect work/life balance.

Starting salary will be £28,880 per annum and we have lots of extra perks for our brilliant team such as company pension, bonus structure and generous annual leave allowance.
