We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Team Member to join our team at Amber Mace. As a Residential Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live a happy and healthy life with exceptional standards of care.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an elderly, dementia, or mental health setting, preferably with NVQ Level 1. However, we welcome applicants who are passionate about care and willing to learn and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation

  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care, preferably in an elderly, dementia, or mental health setting
  • NVQ Level 1 desirable but not essential
  • Passion for care and commitment to delivering high-quality care

Salary: £12.72 per hour - Overtime paid at +£4 per hour
