Adults Support Team Member Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adults Support Team Member to join our team in an education setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with special needs, a strong understanding of special needs, and a patient and empathetic approach.

The role involves providing emotional and social support to adults, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement individualized care plans, manage medication, and facilitate group activities. As an Adults Support Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive environment that enables adults to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Support adults with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Manage medication and maintain accurate records
- Facilitate group activities and promote socialization and engagement

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with adults with special needs
- Understanding of special needs and ability to provide supportive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
