About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Street Outreach service in Oxford. As an Outreach Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people who are sleeping rough across the city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and deliver person-centered support
  • Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies to meet client needs
  • Provide key healthcare, benefits, and accommodation support and advice

Requirements
  • Good communication skills and ability to network and build effective relationships
  • Understanding of complex issues faced by homeless people and difficulties in accessing services
  • Resilience and patience to work with people who may have complex needs and challenging behavior
