We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Housing Outreach Worker at Advance. As a specialist supported housing association, we are committed to delivering high-quality housing and support services to people with disabilities and mental health conditions.

In this exciting role, you will work alongside our Housing Officers and Support services to provide face-to-face and remote housing support to our customers, enabling them to sustain their tenancies and live positive, independent lives. You will be based at home but will be required to work from our office in Witney on occasion, covering a wide geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of housing management services.
  • Provide direct housing support to customers, enabling them to sustain their tenancy.
  • Deal with Anti-social behaviour, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for customers and external stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a wider team to deliver effective housing support, in line with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure fire and water safety remedial actions are completed.
  • Assist regional housing officers with annual visits.
  • Undertake tenant engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office and Open Housing or similar database.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
