Apprentice Recruitment and Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Recruitment and Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and outreach efforts for our apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our apprenticeship programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, education partners, and other stakeholders to promote our apprenticeship offerings.
  • Lead the planning and execution of outreach events, including open evenings and attraction events.
  • Manage the coordination of STEM and outreach activities to promote our apprenticeship programs.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to promote our apprenticeship programs through various channels.
  • Manage the recruitment platforms, including the National Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and outreach, preferably in the STEM sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Own transport is essential for offsite visits and events.
