Supporting Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Support Worker to join our dynamic Street Outreach team in Oxford. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work proactively to support individuals experiencing homelessness, providing a rapid response service to those sleeping rough across the city.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and deliver person-centred support, working in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies across the city.
  • Work with clients to identify and address complex issues, providing guidance and support to help them access essential services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
