Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting young people with complex needs in a residential setting. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Encourage and enable service users to develop life skills and independence
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements:
  • Experience working with adults with complex needs
  • NVQ or QCF level 3 in Adult Social Care
  • Passion for supporting people to live fulfilling lives
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel between sites
