Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at The Opportunity Hub UK. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage schedules effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
