About the Role

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Safeguarding Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functioning of our Single Point of Access (SPA) team.

As a Safeguarding Administrator, you will work closely with our Safeguarding nurses and Community Paediatricians to ensure the smooth running of information flows in and out of SPA/MASH. You will be responsible for reporting to and supporting the Senior Safeguarding Admin and Safeguarding Manager by ensuring data is accurately recorded and inputted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding team, including data entry, report generation, and record-keeping.
  • Work closely with Safeguarding nurses and Community Paediatricians to collect, collate, and record information.
  • Support the Senior Safeguarding Admin and Safeguarding Manager in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including Safeguarding nurses and Community Paediatricians.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Safeguarding team.
