About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safeguarding Administrator to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our Safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Assist with the coordination of Safeguarding meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
