We are seeking 2 dedicated Education Support Specialists to join our team at a lovely 2 form entry Primary School in the North Bristol area.
The ideal candidates will have experience working closely with children, particularly those with SEN needs, and possess strong positive behaviour management strategies.
As an Education Support Specialist, you will be expected to deliver intervention workshops with small groups of children, work collaboratively with the Class Teacher, and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
You will also be responsible for supporting children with their educational development, observing and recording personal and learning development, and working closely with the SENDCo to gain the best knowledge of how to support the pupils.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including guarantee pay scheme opportunities, permanent job roles, and comprehensive compliance support.
