Behavioural Support Worker

At Vision for Education - Bristol, we are committed to providing high-quality education and support services. As a Behavioural Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural needs and learning difficulties within our Special Educational Needs schools.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children and young people with SEND or similar, and possess strong behaviour management skills. You will also need to have a clear DBS check and be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
As part of our team, you will receive excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system, as well as opportunities for professional development through FREE training such as Team Teach training and safeguarding updates.
