Educational Support Specialist for Children with SEND

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with the class teachers and SENCO to support children with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a Primary Mainstream setting.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualised learning plans for children with SEN
- Working closely with the SENCO to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborating with class teachers to deliver inclusive lessons
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Excellent Primary curriculum knowledge
- Experience teaching in SEND settings
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and carers
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including:
