Job Title: Support Worker - SEND Schools

Location: Bristol

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Worker to work in Special Educational Needs schools in Bristol. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with behavioural needs and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with behavioural needs and learning difficulties
  • Work closely with pupils, teachers, and other support staff
  • Deploy effective strategies for supporting pupils with a range of conditions
  • Develop resilience, social skills, and self-esteem in students

Requirements:

  • Be dedicated and resilient
  • Have a clear DBS, or be willing to obtain one
  • Have experience within SEND or Support Work roles
  • Be confident in behaviour management
