We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives to join our team as Support Workers. Our Support Workers play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live the lives they want to lead.

About the Role

As a Support Worker with our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships. You will contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans, communicate effectively and professionally with the people we support and their family members, and maintain their health needs.
