Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for supporting young people and delivering high-quality care services. This part-time role involves working 12.25 hours per shift, from 8pm to 8:15am, with a 1-hour unpaid break. You will be based in Yate and will be responsible for providing vital support to young people living in our supported accommodation home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals living in Yate, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Foster strong relationships with the individuals you support, built on trust, empathy, and respect.
  • Promote the rights and interests of the young people, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
  • Protect them from danger, harm, or abuse, always prioritizing their safety and security.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be patient, kind, resilient, and professional, with a calm and caring approach. Experience working with young people aged 16+ is highly desirable. If you share our SPIRIT values and are eager to make a meaningful difference, we encourage you to apply.
