Job Overview

Welcome to Liberty, a dynamic e-commerce company. We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient publication of products on our website, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Product Publication
    • Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure priorities are aligned and any issues are flagged and investigated.
    • Create and maintain refinements and filters based on customer engagement.
  • Site Merchandising
    • Assist trade manager with site merchandising activities.
    • Complete weekly site walk and make recommendations for improvement to onsite standards (e.g. banners, snippets, housekeeping) and customer journey.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Produce daily and weekly trade product reports and suggest improvements to drive profitable transactions.
    • Manage all reporting of production process WOW and flag any concerns or backlogs to the wider business.
  • Project Work
    • Support trade management in delivering new and innovative strategies through project work.
    • Review competitor activity and provide analysis and recommended actions to category manager.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with replenishment team and ops to minimise UTFs through buffer management.
    • Ensure a high level of site hygiene is maintained.
