Spring Studios is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior E-commerce Producer to join their team on a large eCommerce account.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent all-rounded knowledge of production, including shoot management, team leadership, and budget control.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of e-commerce model shoots, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with project teams during development, pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
  • Support the management of the e-commerce production team, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Assist the on-set studio team and off-set production team with ad-hoc requests and queries.
  • Effectively manage budgets, track spend, and process freelancer invoices for e-commerce productions.
  • Oversight of post-production aspects, including efficiency, quality control, retouch notes, and asset review.
  • Contribute to casting briefs and ensure deliverables are met for e-commerce projects.
  • Manage and action casting for ad-hoc briefs, identifying suitable talent for e-commerce productions.
  • Support the management of casual/freelance staff renewals and new intakes in relation to project requirements.
  • Brief and recommend new talent suggestions to evolve the e-commerce production team.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Absorbent and organized individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
