About the Opportunity

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Global Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing local web & commerce operations and driving timely implementation of requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work proactively with the Global Client Team, Cheil team, and local region / market. You will oversee day-to-day operations, build relationships with client management and Local Market Managers, and coordinate local initiatives within web and commerce systems.

This is a one year fixed term contract opportunity, offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days' holiday (pro-rata), stakeholder pension, group income protection, and more.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local market resource all local initiatives requiring delivery within web and commerce systems.
  • Brief into the centralised Production Centre more complex requests and ensure the speed and quality of delivery.
  • Liaise with other departments for issue resolution that prevent requests being delivered on time and escalate where necessary production risks to key stakeholders.
  • Review reports to ensure metrics are on point and flag performance lags with action plans in place to recover any performance issues.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills including Jira, Confluence, Workfront, MS Office suite, Content Management Systems, and understanding of Hybris.
  • Web Authoring and Publishing skills using AEM platform is essential.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
