Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated leader to oversee our production lines. In this role, you will ensure that targets are consistently met and that all products are packed to the highest quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of production line workers.
  • Troubleshooting issues on the production floor.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in a busy warehouse setting.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with other teams.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
