Production and Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Factory/Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their manufacturing facility in Northampton. As a hands-on manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production, programming and operating CNC machinery, and maintaining quality control standards.
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in production or factory management, preferably in metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, particularly with Schechtl and Morgan Rushworth machines.
- Ability to work hands-on and lead a small team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Desirable: Counterbalance forklift license; combi forklift license is a plus but not essential.
- Experience working with niche customer specifications and a strong understanding of quality control.
