We are a high-volume consumables manufacturer in Northamptonshire seeking a seasoned QHSE expert to drive compliance and quality management across our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive ISO:9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance throughout the business with a focus on quality management.
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective countermeasures to improve product quality.
  • Investigate accidents, HSE risks to staff, and implement counteractions.
  • Reduce environmental impact through waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable practices.
  • Collaborate on NPI and process improvements.

About You

  • Proven background in quality management, quality improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Hold relevant ISO 9001-related qualifications or certifications.
  • Experience driving QHSE compliance in a manufacturing facility is essential.
  • Able to apply quality inspection techniques effectively.
  • Possess IOSH Managing Safely, CSP, or NEBOSH certification.
  • Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.

This role suits individuals with a strong broad background in quality management or QHSE from a manufacturing facility, aiming for experienced Managers, Coordinators, Supervisors, or Engineers looking to advance their careers.
