We are seeking a Transportation Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance team in planning and scheduling works packages for highway maintenance teams in West Northamptonshire.

The role involves supervising maintenance work, both internal and external, and promoting a culture of integration, best practice, and continual business improvement. Key responsibilities include assisting the Technician in achieving key business targets, complying with West Northamptonshire Highways works specification, and confirming that gangs receive daily briefings and complete all paperwork.

As a Transportation Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key point of contact for all maintenance applications on handheld devices and will complete on-site inspections, promote near miss reporting, and collaborate with supply-chain partners to improve health and safety standards and best practices.

You will adhere to all health and safety standards across the contract, deliver group and contract health and safety briefings, and sign off and load documentation to the passport card. This role requires previous supervisory or line management experience, knowledge of highway works, and relevant certifications such as SMSTS, SSSTS, and 12D M7 Lantra.
