We are seeking a skilled Information Security Governance Analyst to join our IT & Change department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the Head of IT and Change in maintaining and developing LPF's information security governance and controls, including the Information Security Management System and third-party security assurance processes.

The Role:

  1. Develop and maintain the information security management system, procedures, and guidance to align with global security standards and regulatory expectations.
  2. Create and execute a program of planned compliance activities and risk assessments to ensure LPF's information security posture remains robust.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential security risks and address gaps by implementing training and awareness initiatives.
  4. Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to promote and improve information security and provide security advice on procurements, projects, and new initiatives as required.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends, risks, new guidance or standards, and security-enhancing technologies to inform informed decision-making.

Essential Requirements:

  • A proven track record of successfully implementing or managing information security management systems and security risks.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within UK financial services.
  • Previous experience in IT support is desirable.
