As part of our Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Directorate, you will work closely with our Senior OGC Lawyers and General Counsel to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing potential conflicts and confidentiality issues, drafting and agreeing firm-wide policies and procedures, and advising on regulatory matters. You will also have the opportunity to input into wider OGC projects and contribute to the development of team processes.
