Process Improvement Engineer

Data Careers Ltd is seeking a talented Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism and be passionate about automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyse process requirements.
  • Configure and deploy Blue Prism robots and monitor their performance.

We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Engineer who can bring their technical expertise and passion for automation to our organisation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on Blue Prism.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimisation.

This role requires approximately 1 day of on-site work in Oxford per week.
