Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft's MINI Plant Oxford is seeking a talented individual to join its Body In White team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving production system issues, ensuring seamless integration of new models and engineering changes, and driving process improvements through research and analysis.

Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovation programmes, enhancing organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Resolve production system issues and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure smooth integration of new models and engineering changes
  • Drive process improvements through research, analysis, and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovation programmes

Essential Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field, with a predicted grade of at least 2:2
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
