Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Lead to join our team in Oxford. As a Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field
