About the Role

We're seeking an Engineering Process Lead to join our team at Humand Talent Solutions. In this role, you'll manage product introduction for a cleantech business leveraging state-of-the-art tech. With a focus on DFM guidelines, DFx aspects, and Product requirements, you'll ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, with a focus on Continuous Improvement and Kaizen. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining operational engineering specifications, risk management processes, and quality systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
