Key Responsibilities

This role requires a Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related subject, or extensive equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Launch Engineer, New Product Introduction, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Technology Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, or similar roles. Key responsibilities include:

  • New Equipment Development: Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing equipment tailored to meet project requirements for new product introductions.
  • Testing and Verification: Lead and execute FAT processes to confirm the equipment meets design specifications, functional requirements, and quality standards before it leaves the manufacturer's site.
  • On-Site Commissioning: Supervise the installation, testing, and start-up of new equipment, ensuring systems are integrated correctly and operate safely and efficiently.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare detailed reports, test protocols, and commissioning plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
