Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead to join our team in Abingdon, Oxford. As a Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing the efficiency of the Quality Assurance department.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring product quality and striving for continual total quality improvement. You will also develop cost-effective processes to promote total quality and provide management team support, advice, and assistance on quality management and technical engineering.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Engineering and strong engineering and drawing understanding (GD&T). They will also have multi-year experience as a Quality Lead in a manufacturing environment and experience of working in isolation or a very small team.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
