Manufacturing Process Engineer

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between R&D and Production while working on cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and lifecycle management.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain detailed designs and documentation for all production processes, including test procedures and quality control checks.
- Monitor first-year production performance, feed improvements back into the design cycle, and oversee the entire production process from design to delivery.
- Design test jigs and establish robust test processes to optimize production efficiency and ensure product quality.
- Liaise with Purchasing teams to secure reliable, high-quality components that align with production needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
