Inclusive Learning Leader

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Inclusive Learning Leader to join our team in Wandsworth, London.
We are looking for a passionate individual who can lead and manage the provision for students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies
- Work with teaching staff to adapt the curriculum and support students with SEN
- Conduct assessments and plan targeted interventions
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
- Collaborate with external agencies to support students' needs
- Provide leadership and guidance to the SEN team
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated at £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus SEN points.
