Inclusive Learning Leader

VNA Education is a leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality education to students. We are currently seeking an Inclusive Learning Leader to join our team, playing a critical role in shaping the school's SEND provision and promoting inclusive learning practices. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to determine strategic development and implement policies.
- Coordinating specific provision for pupils with SEND, including those with EHC plans
- Collaborating with the Designated Teacher to support looked-after children with SEND
- Networking with external providers and schools to ensure consistency in standards and high-quality teaching and learning
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SEND policies and procedures. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Salary $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
