About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Inclusive Learning Coordinator to join our team at ARK Schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our inclusion efforts, working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme, gym discounts, and access to Employee Assistance Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inclusive strategies to support students with special educational needs.
  • Support teachers and support staff in implementing inclusive practices.
  • Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject leaders to develop inclusion strategies and departmental plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in education, preferably in a support role.
  • Strong knowledge of special educational needs legislation and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
