Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN in small group settings.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students, particularly those with special educational needs.
  • A strong commitment to inclusive education and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.

Salary:

This role comes with a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
