Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Inclusive Education Coordinator to join our team at TeacherActive. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality support services to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Barnstaple.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEND, ensuring they have access to equal opportunities and resources.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a seamless, student-centred approach to education.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and support provided.
Salary and Benefits:
