Job Title: Inclusive Learning Coordinator

Location: London Borough of Brent

Employment Type: Full-time, long term

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver adaptive lesson plans for small classes of 7 to 10 pupils in Year 2/3, aligning them with each child's individual learning style.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure seamless, individualised attention for each pupil.
  • Develop and implement effective EHCPs, continuously monitoring pupil progress and refining strategies to enhance their learning, independence, and confidence.
  • Foster a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages every child to participate actively.
Requirements and Benefits
  • Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with experience in primary or SEND education.
  • Experience: Previous experience teaching children with special educational needs, preferably with knowledge of autism support strategies.
