Role Overview

The Inclusive Learning Facilitator will be responsible for implementing Individual Education Plans and monitoring student progress in a collaborative effort with classroom teachers.

This position demands flexibility and adaptability in facilitating the progress of children with diverse circumstances.

Key responsibilities include providing tailored support to students with special educational needs in one-on-one and group settings, ensuring individual learning plans are followed.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
  • Providing regular feedback to teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents.
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to modify lessons and activities.
