This crucial role requires an individual who is dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment, where every pupil feels valued and supported.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions, promote student engagement, and foster a sense of belonging among pupils.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to adapt to different learning styles, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
