Inclusion and Learning Facilitator

About the Position:

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote social skills and emotional intelligence
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance school policies and procedures

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Benefits:

  • An attractive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
