Assistant Aftersales Manager

Location: Edgware, NW9 6TH
Salary: Between £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + Benefits
Full Time and Permanent: 42.5 hours a week – Mon-Fri and 1 in 4 Saturdays

Job Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth through effective management of the Aftersales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales function, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to drive business success.
