Aftersales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Consultant to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As an Aftersales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of staircasing and equity loan cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staircasing and equity loan cases to ensure timely completions and meet set targets.
- Provide expert advice to homeowners and key stakeholders on leases and equity mortgages.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and caseload progression.
- Ensure all procedures align with staircasing/equity loan policies and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports on caseload progression, highlighting achievements against targets.
- Prior experience in a similar Aftersales or Housing role.
- Strong understanding of shared ownership and equity loan policies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
