We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Irise Personnel Ltd.
Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-18 in a residential setting.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people with daily living tasks, education, and personal development.
- Build strong relationships with young people, families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in youth care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly and as part of a team.
