About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing both the maintenance of our retirement developments and providing an exceptional customer service experience to our Home Owners.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 'live-in' position, where you will reside on-site in a rent-free apartment. You will be the trusted contact person for all matters relating to the development, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers and internal colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, be computer literate and have previous experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. A background in administration, customer service or a related field would be highly desirable.
As a Residential Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the maintenance of the development
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal colleagues
- Coordinating activities and events to enhance the lives of our Home Owners
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,500 per annum, plus benefits including a rent-free apartment, annual holiday entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, a day off on your Birthday, Life Assurance and Eye Care reimbursement.
