Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Community Fundraiser to deliver volunteer-led fundraising in Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of older people and inspire community engagement across the county.

Your Role:
Collaborating with our local team and supported by our national fundraising team, you will develop strong relationships with volunteers, both as individuals and groups, to raise funds and enable those who choose to use our services to thrive. This will include supporting those who wish to fundraise In Memory and utilising our fundraising products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver successful community fundraising, recruiting, supporting and motivating volunteer groups and individuals
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders internal and external with positive financial outcomes
• Work to targets, plans and budgets, having strong financial acumen including budget setting, forecasting and reporting against targets
• Be a team player, with the autonomy to work under own initiative, prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:
• Strong experience of delivering community fundraising, including recruiting, supporting and motivating volunteers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences via email, phone, in person etc.
• Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels, including a variety of stakeholders internal and external
• Strong IT skills, ideally knowledge of supporter databases, Raiser's Edge or similar

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
