Job Summary

The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with local volunteers, supporting and empowering them to raise funds for Methodist Homes' care services. This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver community fundraising initiatives, including recruiting and supporting volunteer groups and individuals.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve positive financial outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the national fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising plans.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in delivering successful community fundraising initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
