Drive the achievement of financial goals, contribute towards setting and meeting Peridot Partners' fundraising targets, and proactively seek fundraising opportunities, maintaining a pipeline for upcoming programmes. With our charity's mission to promote Hampshire as a county with outstanding cultural experiences, we are looking for a proactive and methodical trusts specialist who uses a data-driven and strategic approach to fundraising.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and effective recording and reporting of fundraising income as well compliance with financial controls, processes, and policies.
  • Ensure that supporter data is handled sensitively and in accordance with the GDPR and Fundraising Regulator requirements.

About this role:

  • A hybrid role with one to two days a week in Winchester offers the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration.
  • As part of the development team, you will work cross-organisationally to co-create projects to unlock funding opportunities and enhance performance.
